New Format Performance course 10 weeks!

New location: Angel (Claremont Project) 5 minutes walk from Angel tube station on the Northern line.

Be part of the Cast! Invite your friends and family to see you perform on Week 10. This ten week course is focused upon working on a chosen script Henrik Ibsen's A Doll's House. With the teacher as director and students as actors, we will explore the world of the play, the characters, and relationships within it, as well as looking at the language of the script and understanding the play in its theatrical framework.

Along with rehearsal of scenes from the play, there will be an intensive focus on other acting skills such as ensemble acting, staging and storytelling, physicality, characterisation, text; culminating in a basic closed performance run of the scenes in week 10. The drama course is spread over 10 weekly sessions of 2 hours each. We keep group sizes small (between 10 and 16 participants) in order for the facilitator to give you a lot of individual feedback to encourage an intimate, friendly, and fun atmosphere in which you can learn and grow.
